⚠️ Right to Withdraw (Returns)
Please be advised that according to global financial regulations and consumer laws regarding precious metals:
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the seller has no control.
This includes gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bars or coins. These sales are final once the price is locked and the order is confirmed.
Complaints & Quality Guarantee
Despite our rigorous quality control, if you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, you have the full right to file a complaint. We guarantee a fair and swift resolution.
1. Report the Issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aurumfidesgold.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Verification
Our technical team will verify the complaint within 5-7 business days. If the complaint is justified, we will provide instructions for a secure return.
3. Resolution
Depending on your preference and stock availability, we will either replace the item with a new one or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Returns
- Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.
- All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging (capsules, blisters, or mint tubes).
- For approved complaints, we will provide a pre-paid insured shipping label to ensure the security of the return.
- In the case of voluntary returns (for non-bullion products like accessories), the customer covers the return shipping costs.
